1. About us and these terms
This website is operated by Full Circle Theatre Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17169826, with its registered office at 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom.
You can contact us at hello@fullcircletheatre.com.
These terms govern your use of this website. Please read them before using it. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the website.
2. About this website
This is an introductory website presenting Full Circle Theatre and our plans. It provides general information and a means to contact us or register interest.
Proposed opening dates, venues, productions, performers, facilities, technology, designs, images and other plans may change as development progresses. Concept images, visualisations and illustrative material do not necessarily represent the final venue or experience.
We take reasonable care over the information we publish, but early-stage plans should not be treated as confirmed arrangements unless expressly identified as such.
3. Registering interest and future bookings
Submitting an enquiry or registering interest does not create a booking, reserve a seat, guarantee availability or confer priority access unless we expressly confirm otherwise in writing.
These terms do not govern ticket purchases, memberships, streaming services or other paid services. Relevant terms, prices and cancellation information will be provided before any such transaction is entered into. Nothing in these terms overrides an existing booking or other contract you may have with us.
4. Using our content
Unless otherwise stated, the content on this website, including text, designs, logos, photographs, films and other creative materials, belongs to us or is used with permission from its owners.
You may view the website and download or print reasonable extracts for personal, non-commercial use, provided you retain ownership notices and do not misrepresent the content.
You may share links to our public pages. You must not otherwise reproduce, sell, distribute or commercially exploit website content without the relevant owner's permission, except where permitted by law. Separate permissions may apply to materials expressly made available for press use.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the website unlawfully or fraudulently, attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or information, introduce malicious software, disrupt the website or submit unlawful, threatening or infringing material.
We may take proportionate steps to restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the website and its users.
6. Links
You may link to the website fairly and lawfully, provided you do not falsely suggest our endorsement, approval or association.
Links from our website to third-party services are provided for convenience. We do not control those services or their content, and a link does not by itself constitute an endorsement. Separate terms may apply when you use them.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or withdraw all or part of the website for operational, security, legal or business reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Where reasonably practicable, we will give notice of significant interruption.
We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published when you use the website applies to that use. Changes do not retrospectively alter rights already accrued or the terms of a separate contract.
8. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
If you use the website as a consumer, we are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence or was contemplated by you and us when the relevant obligation arose. We do not exclude liability where the law prevents us from doing so.
If you use the website for business purposes, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity or anticipated savings, or for indirect or consequential loss arising from that use.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Using the website or accepting these terms does not itself amount to consent to marketing or optional tracking.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the law of your country of residence.
The courts of England and Wales may hear disputes relating to these terms. Consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts, and any other mandatory rights to bring proceedings in your home courts remain unaffected. If you use the website for business purposes, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
If a provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply so far as legally possible.
For questions or complaints about the website, please contact hello@fullcircletheatre.com.
